Below are the results of the fund-raising in conjunction with the Timmins District Hospital. May 31, 2008 - $39,000.00 was raised in pledges and sponsorships for new medical equipment. May 30, 2009 - $61,000.00 was raised in pledges and sponsorships for new medical equipment. May 29, 2010 - $58,500.00 was raised in pledges and sponsorships for new medical equipment. With each cleanup litter was separated into recyclables or garbage. Recyclables were sent for recycling and garbage was brought to the city landfill. To date volunteers have removed 22.47 metric tons (updated October 05, 2010)  of litter which was  separated into recyclables/garbage and disposed of properly. Below are the results of our cleanups with volunteers. Take a minute and image how filthy our city would look if all this litter was still on the ground today.
