TimminsGetClean.com Together We Can Keep Timmins Litter Free Next Cleanup Volunteers Mayor Tom Laughren and Damian Haasen Help keep Timmins Clean by: • When out walking bring a couple grocery bags and fill them with litter. When you get home separate the garbage from the recyclables, then put the recyclables out on recycling day. • Join our “Adopt Your Neighborhood” program. Do you have a sense of bride for your street or block? Show you care by cleaning it up on a weekly or daily basis and try to get your neighbors involved. • Teach your children or classmates that littering is wrong. Not only is it harmful to our environment, litter is a terrible eyesore. • Join TimminsGetClean by volunteering at our cleanups. All we ask is a couple hours of your time to help make a difference. TimminsGetClean will be hanging up the rakes for another year and returning summer 2011. A huge THANK YOU to all that participated with our campaign. Have a great winter.
